Continental Currency Services, Inc., (CCS) and its family of sister companies and affiliates does not disclose any non-public personal or financial information about their customers to anyone except as permitted by law or by the customer. Customer lists or customer information are not sold or exchanged. Customer information is utilized to evaluate, process, administer, and enforce the transactions our customers request and authorize.
Access to the customer’s personal and financial information is restricted to employees and/or agents who need to know the information in the course of providing the financial services requested. Prospective and former customers are afforded the same protections as existing customers in this regard. CCS values you as a customer and takes your personal privacy seriously.

We limit the collection of information about customers to that information we believe is necessary in order to conduct our business and to provide better service. We collect the following types of non-public personal information about you: Financial transaction information between you, our company, our sister companies and other financial institutions; The information you provide directly to us by way of our business applications and forms, including your name, address, contact information, social security number and/or driver’s license number; Credit information from check guarantee and verification services with regard to your check writing and payment history, and payday advances; and Replies from existing customers to our requests for information used to update our customer information databases
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not disclose non-public personal information about you to anyone except under limited circumstances and only as permitted under law. Disclosure of customer information to the customer will be provided upon request. For instance, disclosure might be made as when it is legally required, such as in connection with investigations by law enforcement agencies, fraud investigations, or during the course of litigation. We may disclose your information as required during the course of company or regulatory agency audits or examinations.
We also may share customer information with unaffiliated parties in the course of business and to conduct or complete our business transactions. This could take place when we are confirming a customer’s identity, place of employment and employment status, bank account status, or in account collections.
We will not sell or disclose customer information for the purpose of marketing other company’s goods or services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We screen all of our employees, and conduct background and security checks on them before hiring. All of our employees receive training and education on maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. Access to customer information by employees is on an as needed basis and is limited to only that information that is directly related to our company’s business transactions. We have all of our employees, outside contractors and business affiliates read, agree to, and sign confidentiality agreements pertaining to the protection and maintenance of customer information.

We have established procedures for protecting and maintaining the privacy of your information. We use state of the art encryption technology, security layers, firewalls, dedicated servers, and other forms of electronic and computer security.
